  Miserable miserable experience. Of course the purchase went smoothly. We were schedule to have our sectional delivered LAST Tuesday but because apparently you people can't deliver on a dirt road in Maine we had to reschedule the delivery to our friends house. As I was leaving work yesterday I got a phone call saying that they were going to have to reschedule the delivery AGAIN because no one was home. I called my husband and he that he had spoken to our friend and it was actually delivered. Once my husband and our friend started bringing it into the house we realized it was the WRONG COLOR!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is wrong with you people!? I've never been so frustrated in my entire life. So they have 2 options either the couch we don't want WILL be free OR you people are delivering the one that we want on a day that works for US and you are taking the one we don't want away and you can set up the one that we want. I have had it and I will NEVER do any kind of business with you people again. and if I could do no stars I would.
